The process involves:

  • analysis of various risk areas and formalization of emerging evidence
  • drafting organizational model, including a code of ethics and disciplinary system
  • Integration of the Organizational Model pursuant to ex Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 with the Safety Management System BS OHSAS 18001 and the Environmental Management System ISO 14001
